Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible fianc JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. A lot of people know my username as @annephung on Instagram, where I chronicle my journey - from the upwards to the downwards. I moved to America with my family and brothers at the age of one and a half years young. I'm not now sharing my story for you were it not for my parents love hard work and sacrifice. My parents were the source of my inspiration and I worked to be prosperous. My goals were set for me to attend university, find work in a corporate then marry, and purchase a home. My life that I thought I would have wasn't what it turned out to be. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and status were good but I did not feel that it was fulfilling. Instead I felt that I was wasting my time. When I started to take steps toward a new direction in my life, I realized that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I'm a sucker of exercise and enjoy working with people and help people. It was in 2014 that I founded my small company and it will be my 7th year anniversary by 2021. In the field of coaching it is not a lot of Asian women. It is my goal to be a change maker within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their individual goals and needs. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams so that they can achieve what they would like to accomplish. As my professional career took flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. It was the hardest of everything. Her eight-year battle was won. fight with the disease and now rests in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and my heart all the time. The lessons of life often go unnoticed, but they can be highly beneficial. My Mom's passing changed me in many ways, and I believe my Mom gave me another chance at life through her passing. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to begin her new life which gave me my second shot at a fulfilling and happy life. In my 30's, I feel more alive than I ever have. It is true that I live my life today rather than just existing just like I did previously. When I tell the story of my life, it is with the intention that people are able to relate to my thoughts and feelings. In order to feel that they are not alone. Also, that there exists real love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not unusual. In the end, your health is your biggest wealth. Only one life is yours. I wish you to enjoy it to the max.
